Dear guests,
We offer a holiday house for the tourist services that was
built over 100 years ago. It is situated in the centre of
the town which is protected as a historical area.
The façade maintains its historic charm but the interior
has been completely renovated and adjusted to modern
living conditions.
On the first floor there is a large air conditioned living
room with a TV set and kitchen with dining area.
On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom with all
necessary conveniences, including a washing machine.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a
bathroom. On the southern side of the house there is a
terrace accessible from two of the bedrooms.
The position of the house is very convenient with all the
facilities close by. The palm treed city park and the
health clinic are less then 50 meters from the house.
The ferry-boat pier, tourist agencies and other services
are located within 100 meters of the house.
The
nearest pebble beach is less then 500 meters from the
house, which will contribute to your comfort and ease of
access.
Not far away there is a sport centre too, with tennis,
basketball and football courts.
The accommodation in our house is ideal for those who enjoy
peace and quiet away from noise and crowds, but with town
facilities close at hand.
